How it works: You'll provide us the pertinent information, choose a month in which you want your book featured, and upload your book and cover files. In affiliation with Backlit PR, COTT will make sure your book is available to reviewers on Netgalley for one week during the specified month.

Why is the book live for only one week? COTT has always tried to provide the best value to authors. Through our affiliation with Backlit PR, we have a system in place whereby we attract the most reviewer requests during the first week the book is featured. To pay for additional weeks would increase the cost of the feature disproportionately to the number of reviewer requests.

You will choose a specific month only, however your book will be live on NetGalley for one week during that month whereby reviewers can request your book for download. Then it will be archived and available for viewing only. Even after the book is archived, reviewers who received your book while it was live can post their reviews, and they will show on your book's page.

I Understand that there are no guarantees that my book will be chosen by reviewers, or that reviewers who receive my book will actually post a review. I further understand that if a review is posted, it isn't guaranteed to be positive. I further understand that if I do not provide the proper files or if I do not provide the files at least six weeks before my confirmed month, my book may not be listed on NetGalley, and there are no refunds given simply because files are not received in the proper format or a timely manner.
